**This position is an onsite role based out of our St. Louis Park, MN. office**

About You:

You are a curious individual with advanced critical thinking skills. You understand the indispensable value that data can provide and always find yourself asking "why". This position provides a very strong foundation into the world of commercial real estate by delving into property information, as well as regional and market area data.

In this role you will...

  • Collect, validate, and maintain property-level data-including availabilities, lease, and sale comparables, tax information, and economic data-across internal databases, spreadsheets, and presentation materials.

  • Assist in the production of quarterly and ad hoc reports, presentations, and client deliverables.

  • Conduct field research to verify property and tenant information, document market activity, take property photos, verify tenant movement, and monitor new developments.

  • Coordinate demographic and mapping requests in collaboration with the GIS team.

  • Support brokers and staff on special research projects involving the compilation of data such as ownership data, zoning, land use, and property sales.

  • Build market knowledge by actively engaging with industry professionals and staying informed on local real estate trends and developments.

  • Attend and contribute to local office sales/leasing, tenants-in-the-market, and research meetings.

  • Perform other duties and research-related tasks as assigned.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, economics, geography, or related field.

  • Internship or 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Experience in real estate, customer service, or a sales environment is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in Python or other programming or scripting languages a plus.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to shift priorities, meet critical deadlines, and deliver projects on time.

  • Comfortable working with and learning a variety of software platforms, including CRM systems, mapping tools, databases, and online research tools.

Compensation:

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $25 to $30.29/hr.

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
