Job Overview

Join JLL's dynamic facilities management team as a site-based Facilities Services & Sourcing Coordinator, supporting procurement operations and administrative functions for a large data center and integrated facilities management client. This role combines strategic sourcing responsibilities with facilities coordination, managing vendor relationships while ensuring seamless operations across critical data center and office environments. You will drive cost efficiency, service excellence, and exceptional client outcomes.

Role is based on-site five days per week.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage MRO procurement processes including vendor sourcing, contract / pricing / delivery schedule negotiations, purchase orders, and supplier relationship management for data center and office facilities.
  • Coordinate facilities management program functions including budgeting, SLA, KPI and contract administration.
  • Develop supplier partnerships through supplier performance reviews, cost optimization identification, and contract compliance management.
  • Support data center-specific procurement for critical infrastructure components, specialized tools, safety equipment, and emergency response materials.
  • Execute facilities administrative tasks including service request management, preventive maintenance scheduling, budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends, evaluate suppliers, maintain procurement databases, and generate performance analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong working relationships with the client team, the JLL account operations team, JLL's Finance, EHS and projects teams, JLL's central Sourcing & Procurement teams, our IFM supply chain partners and other business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in procurement of MRO, IFM services, FM supply chain management, or facilities coordination.
  • Proficiency in procurement software platforms, e-sourcing tools, facilities management systems (CAFM/CMMS), and strong Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles, building systems / HVAC / electrical / life safety systems operations, and regulatory compliance for commercial office and data center environments.
  • Fluent English language skills with excellent communication skills; able to summarize complex situations concisely.
  • Excellent data analysis ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple work assignments simultaneously, manage multiple deadlines, co-ordinate multiple or conflicting priorities, and manage a high-pressure working environment.
  • Positive, solution-oriented communications; willingness to take responsibility and a talent for getting things done.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a data center, life sciences, or semiconductor manufacturing, ideally from a client-facing or service provider environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Facilities Manager (CFM).

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,900.00 - 80,922.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
