Job Description

As a Business Analytics Senior Consultant, you'll create value through your business knowledge and technical proficiency. You'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the development of analytical solutions and processes that inform business decisions within the assigned business vertical. You'll also deliver complex analytical and data-driven solutions to key stakeholders, addressing potential business challenges and demonstrating measurable value. Furthermore, you'll gain insights into developing data strategies for predictive analytics, foundational knowledge of big data, data science, and statistical learning methods, as well as agile delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development of data visualization tools to actively monitor and identify anomalies in business performance metrics

* Support Product Owners by providing data-driven insights, including business requirements and an understanding of data domains and their implications for the business

* Utilize advanced data visualization skills to create solutions with tools like Power BI and SQL, effectively conveying data and analytics insights into understandable business terms for key stakeholders.

* Cultivate and maintain partnerships during the development process to ensure the successful transition of moderately complex research into operational implementation within the business unit

* Facilitate clear communication regarding project scope, timelines, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

* Contribute to complex projects and effectively manage moderately complex projects from conception to execution within an Agile framework, focusing on delivering measurable and value-added outcomes

* Provide insights on how data and analytics can be utilized to inform critical business decisions, demonstrating a thorough understanding of operational processes and opportunities for enhanced data-driven decision-making

* Lead efforts to formulate strategies and prioritize key initiatives to ensure the effective execution of the operating plan

* Collaborate with business partners to enhance data and analytics initiatives, assisting them in aligning with their strategic objectives and assessing the potential impact of various actions on business outcomes

Experience

* 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
