Job Title: Machine Operator - Day Shift

Location: Morristown, TN

Company: Iatric Manufacturing Solutions (a subsidiary of Rockline Industries)

Shift: Rotating 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating (every other weekend) - only work 3 to 4 days per week!

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
* Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency.
* Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility. Follow cGMP procedures.
* Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
* Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation.
* Demonstrate commitment to Rockline/Iatric's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
* Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
* Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment.
* Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. * Ability to stand during 12.5-hours shifts with regular breaks.
* Ability to occasionally lift up to 37 pounds.
* Repetitive arm/hand movement.
* Frequent bending, twisting and reaching.

* Although the facility is climate-controlled, the temperature will fluctuate slightly with changes in the seasons.
