We are seeking results-driven Commercial Banking Professionals to join our growing team. These talented individuals will be essential to achieving our overall deposit and loan growth targets.




  • Relationship Managers will seek loan and deposit opportunities within defined market and/or specialty. This position will be responsible for origination, deal structure, underwriting, servicing, monitoring and maintenance. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships while delivering customized credit solutions. Successful candidates will regularly network with current and prospective clients and centers of influence to create a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Portfolio Managers will provide support to Relationship Managers in underwriting for new and existing clients as well as monitoring and servicing an existing portfolio of complex loans and borrowing relationships. Ensures the health and performance of the loan portfolio by continuously evaluating operational and financial performance to maintain portfolio quality and risk rating accuracy.
  • Credit Analysts will support the underwriting of commercial loans by performing detailed financial analysis and risk assessments. This entry-to-mid level role is ideal for professionals looking to grow within commercial banking.



Requirements/Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.
  • Strong credit analysis and relationship management skills. Formal credit training desired.


  • 5+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, including but not limited to commercial & industrial, commercial real estate, owner-occupied real estate and not-for-profit. Construction loan underwriting and administration (construction budgets, sources/uses, construction draw administration, property entitlement, lease analysis and property valuation principles) is also desired.
  • Proven relationship building and networking skills.


  • Advanced written, mathematical, and analytical skills that demonstrates an ability to analyze balance sheet structure, stress test income and identify cash flow trends.
  • Knowledge of financial statement spreading, including proficiency in preparing pro-forma statements.
  • Excellent written, oral, organizational, and interpersonal skills used towards structuring, closing, maintenance, and problem resolution. A strong knowledge of loan documentation requirements.
  • Ability to self-manage multiple tasks at one time to meet deadlines, whether working independently or a team environment.
  • PC proficiency with Word and Excel, including the use of system and user generated formulas, macros, charts, and tables.
