In this role you will:



  • Plan, lead, and deliver medium to large-scale projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and manage project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on project needs.
  • Manage change requests and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and end-users to ensure requirements are met and solutions are effective.
  • Conduct gap analyses, root cause analyses, and impact assessments.
  • Support testing activities, including test case development, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems.


You should have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems (work experience may be exchanged for education on a year-by-year basis with a two year minimum).
  • 7-10 years of combined experience in project management and business analysis roles.
  • Proven track record delivering technology or process improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
