Psych Tech

D/E/N Rotating Shift Schedule, Holidays, Weekends, On Call, Call back per unit needs. 36 hrs (may consider 48).

Looking for a compassionate team player to be involved in direct care and clinical services to in-patient psychiatric patients on an individual basis. Responsibilities include activities such as daily living, social and psychiatric rehabilitation as directed by the RN. The role requires effective communication with patients to ensure they have access to required services and informing the RN of any patient changes. Participation in rounds and group therapy is needed.

• 2 years of recent experience
• BLS from AHA
• AAS degree in psychology or sociology required

• 2 years of experience as psych tech - Required
• BLS - Required
• Associate's Degree in Psychology or Sociology - Required
