Position: Small Piece Assembler



As a Small Piece Assembler, you'll work with precision components and sub-assemblies for high-powered lasers. Using tools like microscopes and tweezers, you'll follow established procedures to assemble, inspect, and maintain delicate parts. We provide on-the-job training to ensure you succeed and thrive in your role.



What You'll Do:




  • Assemble, install, and inspect small components, including positioning, aligning, repairing, and cleaning parts as needed.



  • Work with very small, fragile parts in a clean room environment.



  • Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and arm-hand steadiness to handle intricate tasks.



Requirements

Requirements:




  • Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.



  • Regular and reliable attendance, with the ability to work overtime as needed.



  • Punctual and dependable; able to be present and on time for scheduled work.



  • Strong attention to detail, careful and consistent work habits, and the ability to identify errors.



  • Familiarity with PCs and Microsoft Windows is a plus, but not required.

Pay Range:


The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location posted, the applicable range could differ. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.



Other Compensation: Employees in this role are eligible for additional rewards which could include:



  • Annual Discretionary Bonus or Sales Bonus as Applicable
  • Equity awards as applicable



Benefits Provided: All Regular* US employees receive:
