*Job Title: Customer Service Representative*
*Job Description*As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle member customer service needs while meeting key performance metrics such as call handle time, call quality, and after call work. You will accurately and efficiently process various transactions, including payments, transfers, and the opening of new accounts. Initially, you will focus on payments and gradually take on other transactions. Your role requires maintaining a professional manner to build member confidence and trust, while adhering to all procedures stated in the company's MSR policy and procedures. You will ensure compliance with operational, security, and control policies to prevent fraud and protect member information. *Responsibilities* * Handle member customer service needs while meeting key performance metrics. * Accurately and efficiently process a variety of transactions, starting with payments. * Maintain a professional manner to build member confidence and trust. * Adhere to all procedures stated in the company's MSR policy and procedures. * Ensure compliance with operational, security, and control policies to prevent fraud. *Essential Skills* * Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day. * Customer service experience, preferably in banking, credit union, or call center settings. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Spanish proficiency is highly preferred. * Salesforce experience is a plus, but not necessary. *Why Work Here?*Join an organization that is the official credit union of the Washington Commanders! If converted to a permanent role, you may work one or two Saturdays per month on a rotational basis with other full-time call center representatives. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Herndon, VA. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
