• Bachelor's Degree OR 2-5 years leadership experience
• Experience leading teams in fabrication, stamping, or welding required
• Production reporting & ERP experience plus!
• Ability to work in a hands-on, active production environment (lifting, walking, machinery use)
• Strong problem-solving, communication & organizational skills

• Lead and develop production team members
• Drive productivity while ensuring top-tier product quality
• Oversee material flow & finished goods inventory
• Monitor and report production performance
• Support lean/continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain safety, compliance & company standards
• Train and coach the crew to get the job done
• No drama, just leadership
