Department Overview The Workplace Services (WPS) Department is a critical function within the operations division of The Pew Charitable Trusts and supports the Pew Research Center. Consisting of approximately 30 staff, with additional vendors and contract staff, this department is responsible for Pew's physical workspace as well as conferences and events, and organizational continuity management. The Workplace Services function supports and impacts all Pew staff in the US and across the globe. Position Overview The Vice President, Workplace Services is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and delivering an exceptional workplace experience for all Pew staff globally. The Vice President reports to the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and is a member of the operations and organizational leadership team, and as such drives the culture of the organization. This role oversees facilities, real estate both owned and leased, conferences and events, and business continuity, ensuring alignment with Pew's mission, values, and operational priorities. The Vice President partners with senior leaders across HR, IT, and Finance to drive innovation, sustainability, and employee engagement. This position is based in Pew's Washington, D.C., office and will participate in Pew's hybrid work program with core days in the office and the flexibility to telework the remaining days. Staff also enjoy four telework "flex weeks" per year. Key Responsibilities

Travel: Occasional travel to Pew's Philadelphia, PA office and to other domestic and international offices as required. Salary Range $215,000 USD - $240,300 USDThe salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on Pew's commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay. The actual salary offered will take into consideration many factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills and experience, internal pay equity, and business need.
