FieldBridge Energy seeks a Midland, TX - based Equipment Readiness Associate to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + benefits

Pay / Schedule: $25/hr, M-F, usually 12 hour shifts; potential week-end call outs. At 65 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,940 gross.

As an Equipment Readiness Associate, you will ensure that all equipment is ready for oilfield operations. You will be the link between the shop and the field, ensuring that everything the field crews need is ready, safe, and compliant contributing to the success of the daily operations

It's ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, organization, and safety-focused teamwork in an industrial environment.

What You'll Do

Receiving




  • Unload incoming trucks/containers safely using a forklift.



  • Inspect goods for visible damage or discrepancies (count, labeling, packaging).



  • Verify paperwork (bill of lading, packing slip) matches received items.



  • Stage materials in the designated receiving area for QA or inventory check.



  • Move accepted goods to proper storage locations, updating bin labels if needed.




Shipping




  • Pick materials from storage locations according to shipping order or pick list.



  • Stage and organize outgoing goods on pallets, shrink-wrap if required.



  • Load outbound trucks carefully, following load plans and weight limits.



  • Confirm documentation (shipping label, bill of lading) is attached and accurate.




Inventory & Housekeeping




  • Maintain accurate counts when moving inventory (record moves as needed).



  • Keep aisles and yard areas clear of obstructions.



  • Report damages, shortages, or unsafe conditions to supervisor promptly.



  • Perform daily forklift inspections (battery, brakes, forks, hydraulics).




Safety




  • Always wear PPE (helmet, high-visibility vest, etc.) and report unsafe conditions and behavior




What You Bring




  • Experience: 2-3 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or oilfield support environment.



  • Education: High School Diploma (some technical background preferred).



  • Certifications: Must hold or be able to obtain a forklift certification.



  • Tech Skills: Comfortable with SAP and Microsoft Office.
