As a Security Professional - CRE Alarm Response in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading commercial real estate location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment while you interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report observations.
• Monitor for unusual activity and/or conditions and report findings according to established procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and other personnel encountered on site.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner as directed by Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
