Position: Senior Advisor, Client Services

Location: Bentonville, AR; Washington, D.C.; Denver, CO

Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and service-oriented individual to join the Client Services team as a Senior Advisor. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to deliver a highly personalized client experience, orchestrate complex workflows across multiple service areas, and serve as a trusted relationship manager to a single household.

About the Position

The Senior Advisor serves as the household's relationship manager and day-to-day orchestrator-bringing the right people, processes, and resources together to ensure the household's experience is seamless, personalized, and consistent with WEI's standards. This role is responsible for curation, coordination, and communication across multiple functional teams and external partners, delivering a high-touch client service experience and maintaining transparency, alignment, and accountability across all stakeholders.

What you will do

The Senior Advisor will curate and coordinate the household experience, aligning WEI's service model to the household's goals and needs while maintaining clarity in communication, accountability, and execution.

Responsibilities

    Curate and tailor the household experience while leveraging WEI's standard tools, products, and service model.
  • Develop and maintain the household's workplan, calendar, and service agreements, ensuring clarity in timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, Technology, Real Estate, and other service areas to deliver seamless execution.
  • Manage complex workflows and priorities, proactively anticipating needs and allocating resources to meet commitments.
  • Facilitate and lead regular client advisory meetings, setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Serve as the primary communication channel between the household and WEI teams, translating needs and updates into clear action plans.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials that synthesize complex information for the household and leadership audiences.
  • Monitor risks, decisions, and follow-ups across projects; escalate through proper channels as needed.
  • Identify and initiate value-added opportunities to advance household objectives and overall relationship impact.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of service agreements, decisions, and communications.

  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of wealth planning and family office operations.
  • Advanced organizational, project management, and facilitation skills.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when working with highly confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and complex relationships.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills for executive-level communication.

Qualifications required for your success

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in family office, private client services, professional services, or complex program management roles.
  • Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management with ultra-high net worth principals or similar stakeholders.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with familiarity in wealth planning, reporting, and governance.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications (CFP, CFA, CPWA, JD/MBA) preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional advisory teams.
  • Outstanding diplomacy, empathy, and discretion.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, advisors, and professional networks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Additional Helpful Experience Includes

  • Prior experience in investment banking, law, consulting, or complex multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting systems, workflow management tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or client service design.

Benefits Information

Compensation Range: $356,000 - $405,000
