As a Security Officer - Unarmed Financial Patrol Full-Time in Fort Mill, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a financial institution environment. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while responding to any security-related concerns that arise. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution setting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in controlling access to the location, monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and/or clients while maintaining a security-related presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
