Sr. Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track background investigation processes in partnership with third-party vendors to ensure timely and compliant completion.
  • Oversee quality assurance of requisitions, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to internal guidelines before posting.
  • Coordinate candidate and new hire travel, including flight, hotel, and local transportation logistics.
  • Schedule and coordinate job fairs, campus events, and industry recruiting activities; manage related communications and logistics.
  • Maintain and report on job board activity and utilization metrics; recommend improvements for sourcing efficiency.
  • Track and maintain event data within the CRM, ensuring accurate and timely entry for candidate and event reporting.
  • Administer the Employee Referral Program, managing incoming referrals, tracking payouts, and maintaining compliance with program policy.
  • Support the Internship Program, coordinating onboarding, orientation, and engagement events.
  • Organize and facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions, including scheduling, materials coordination, and follow-up tasks.
  • Assist with the administration and tracking of the I-9 verification process, ensuring all forms are completed in person by authorized Arcfield representatives and within required timelines.
  • Partner with HR and IT to ensure new hires receive equipment and access only after successful identity verification.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and assist in audit preparation related to recruiting, onboarding, and employment verification processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or some college coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
  • Strong understanding of background investigations, I-9 compliance, and employment verification processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Teams).
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating candidate travel, events, or orientation logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in the defense or government contracting industry.
  • Familiarity with Workday, iCIMS, or similar HR systems.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance, EEO guidelines, and federal contractor hiring practices.
