We have an exciting opportunity for aOffice Manager located in Fond du Lac, WI . How you will contribute: As the Office Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining a productive and organized office environment. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day office operations, facilitating internal and external communications, and supporting the northeast leadership team with key administrative functions. Your attention to detail will be essential as you prepare month-end financial data for senior leadership to review and analyze performance. You'll also showcase your team-building abilities by coordinating employee and customer events that foster engagement and connection. In this role, you will help manage communication flow between the field, office, and corporate services, while also collaborating with other operational divisions to ensure alignment and efficiency. A portion of your time will be dedicated to supporting multiple Project Managers-gathering information, drafting correspondence, submitting documents for approval, and securing necessary permits. You will guide the team in assembling proposals and bidding documents, processing purchase orders, tracking project data across various systems, and following up with customers and vendors to keep projects on schedule. Additional responsibilities include processing weekly and monthly billings, coordinating meetings, and managing contracts and subcontracts. This is a dynamic role that will challenge you to exceed expectations in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What you need to qualify: Ahern will help make the most of your associate degree in an administrative program. Three to five years of prior experience in an office management or administrative assistant role is preferred. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and technically inclined to learn industry-specific software will be essential. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial. Time management, making decisions independently, in-depth problem-solving skills, the ability to provide constructive feedback, and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality will all be essential in this position.
