What to Expect
Manage Channel Planning vehicle parts supply for West Coast Service warehouses and Service centers. Develop min/max auto-replenishment stocking strategies to achieve Service Level targets. Develop/perform analytics to understand field ordering behaviors and demand variability trends. Support the development of simulations to predict future demand and prevent stockouts. Lead the development of Initial Stock Orders for new Service Center openings.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the right parts in the right quantities are in the right places at the right time, stocking over 50 Service locations and 3 Distribution Centers in North America
- Develop statistical modeling and simulation to create forward-looking Service Center and Distribution Center (parts warehouse) stock lists, optimized for high-velocity parts availability and service level at the lowest possible cost
- Develop minimum and maximum auto-replenishment processes and systems optimized for cost reduction in warehouse operations and logistics using fulfillment in economic order quantities
- Manage inventory levels of parts and accessories across the Service network and Body Shops to support service demand, minimize freight cost, and optimize inventory levels
- Maintain channel planning master data parameters to ensure accurate demand signals
- Work fluidly in a highly cross-functional team environment involving Production, Procurement, Logistics, Distribution, and Field Operations as well as Packaging Engineering, and Conveyance personnel
- Continuously improve Channel Planning forecast accuracy, service level, and fill rate KPIs
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Strong background and experience in Inventory management strategies, forecasting, advanced planning analytics, and data science
- Proficient in MS Excel required; ERP/WRP systems, SQL, and data visualization programs such as Tableau are preferred
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus
- Open-minded, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box to solve complex challenges
- Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for being hands-on in their work

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
