Job Overview

As a member of the corporate FP&A team, this role is responsible for managing the budgeting and forecasting expenses for several of the corporate functions including the Human Resource and Communication functions. Provide leadership at both the strategic and operation levels to enhance financial drivers, planning, expense control and process improvement. Helping to support growth in the business while developing a strong partnership with business partners. This role also provides key analysis as a member of the corporate FP&A team to better understand forecast versus actual results and other ad hoc analysis.

What You Will Do



  • Responsible for annual financial plans, monthly forecasts and reporting for several corporate areas along with other ad hoc analysis.
  • Be a key partner with the business and Human Resources to support headcount planning and monthly review of budgeted open positions.
  • Analyze data from business partners, evaluate accuracy and completeness, and calculate adjustments to improve planning and forecasting accuracy.
  • Oversee expense account structure, planning, analysis, and communication processes between business partners and management.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Communications, and Corporate Accounting teams to optimize results.
  • Drive improvements in operating efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support to business partners.
  • Prepare ad hoc expense, plan, and forecast reports as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to take on special projects with finance as needed.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.


Skills You Will Need

Financial Planning & Analysis - Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for HR and Communications functions; able to analyze data, evaluate assumptions, and calculate adjustments to improve planning and forecasting accuracy.

Expense Management & Control - Experienced in expense account structure, cost analysis, and financial oversight; capable of ensuring alignment with targets and driving operational efficiency.

Analytical & Quantitative Skills - Above-average mathematical ability, including computing rates, ratios, percentages, and working with statistical concepts such as probability and inference; skilled at interpreting complex financial data to support decision-making.

Strategic & Operational Leadership - Ability to provide leadership at both strategic and operational levels, optimizing financial drivers, implementing process improvements, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Collaboration & Relationship Management - Proven ability to partner effectively with Human Resources, Communications, Corporate Accounting, and business leaders to influence decisions and drive results.

Communication & Documentation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to read, write, and interpret reports, procedure manuals, and instructional documents.

Technical Proficiency - Skilled in General Ledger and Expense Reporting systems, Excel, and other FP&A tools; capable of planning and executing financial strategies independently with minimal supervision.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving - Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and providing analytical support in a dynamic business environment.

  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
