Security Officer - Residential Site Patrol - Full Time

As a Security Officer - Residential Site Patrol - Full Time in Lake Geneva, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout a residential community. You will monitor assigned areas, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential community.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as needed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and/or activities as required by site-specific protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and other personnel at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
