Job Title: Administrative Function Support 2

Location(s): Livonia, MI

(Remote / Hybrid: may need to be onsite at the Livonia office for meeting support)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings, and writes respective minutes and protocols.
  • Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements, and reconciles travel and expense reports.
  • Answers, screens, and places phone calls, and manages in- and outbound correspondence.
  • Monitors all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
  • Supports purchasing activities (SAP).
  • Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems (MS office) as appropriate.
  • And other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement:


  • Need someone who is open to travel to Alpharetta, GA in Jan.
  • Someone who is local to Livonia.


Additional Information:


  • Onsite days are flexible.
