As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. This position involves driving responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in a government location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the government facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or designated client contacts.
• Assist with controlling access to restricted areas, monitoring entry and exit points as required by location protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential disruptions and/or incidents.
• Complete all required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly, following Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
