As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to create a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling designated areas within a busy retail or mall location. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication and support. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures in alignment with site-specific policies and protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, offering support as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible security-related presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate and in accordance with established procedures.
• Promote a positive experience for guests, tenants, or employees at the location through professional interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
