Job Title: Producer II Location: Hawthorne, CA. Responsibilities: Senior Content Producer. Supports the UGC Flywheel and stakeholders such as PR, creative, edit and Social teams. Supports the creative and production team and is able to produce video, stills and/or social content. Familiarity with secure workflows, working collaboratively with internal security teams and delicate handling of confidential information. Required Skills: UGC Acquisition and knowledge of best practices when discovering content for clearance in social media and the news. Ability to handle highly confidential data and use discretion accordingly. Expert understanding of the video production pipeline and has the ability to produce video work independently through all aspects of the process: management of concept timelines, physical shoot, and post production. Expert understanding of the image/photo production pipeline and can produce still work for websites and packaging including retouching and delivery. Comfortable in ambiguous situations and able to move work through cross-functional teams efficiently. Comfortable contacting Ring customers to clear User Generated Content and follow all legal requirements for customer data handling and video storage process to central DAM system. Willing to suggest process improvements and dive into AI tools for efficiency. Familiar with Salesforce and using it as a CRM tool. Preferred Skills: Creative Ad Agency Experience.
