Senior Salesforce Developer - Job Description

Location: Chennai/Trivandrum/Pune/Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore

Experience Range: 5 to 7yrs

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business value and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, primarily across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Work with product managers and program teams to develop customized solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
  • Design scalable, efficient, and industry-standard solutions using Salesforce best practices.
  • Support and develop system integrations within Salesforce, backend systems, and AWS technologies.
  • Stay current with new Salesforce releases, features, and technologies; recommend improvements.
  • Manage and resolve ad-hoc requests and service tickets.
  • Ensure development aligns with governance, coding standards, and security guidelines.



Must-Have Skills



  • Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Visualforce).
  • Hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
  • Proficiency in system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven integrations).
  • Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions following best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements.



Good-to-Have Skills



  • Exposure to or experience with AWS technologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Git, CI/CD).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with OmniStudio, Einstein, or Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
