67300 Title: Key Account Manager PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Key Account Manager for Technical Insulation will be responsible will be accountable for ensuring profitable growth of select strategic accounts (Key Accounts) including Key Growth Accounts (KGAs). This position reports to the Channel & Service Excellence Leader. This position will be responsible for local support, strategy and commercial leadership of strategic direct customers located in the region to deliver growth objectives. The successful candidate must possess the ability to think strategically, have a proven track record of complex account management and demonstrate progressive thinking to anticipate the impact of changes in the competitive landscape (including macro market factors) and the supply chain. This role will support strategy implementation with focus on North America.Strong planning & organizing skills, the ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and work well in a highly matrixed organization are essential.
