Change Management Analyst Location: Hybrid within commutable distance to Florida or DE office locations, periodic travel as needed Your role in our success: This position will support organizational effectiveness and cultural development by collaborating with the Human Resources and Culture teams. The primary focus is to assist with strategic change initiatives, support and promote employee engagement, and ensure key stakeholders are informed and aligned by utilizing the Chesapeake change management framework. What you'll be working on:
- Deliver on the various components of organizational change management (OCM) activities that include:
change management, organizational alignment, internal communications and training. - Support OCM activities to align with overall project timelines, key milestones and integration with other
work streams as required. - Track OCM key milestones and KPIs to ensure leadership is informed of project status at all times.
- Ensure change management tasks are completed on time, including risk and issue management, and
support project readiness efforts to minimize disruption. - Identify change impacts, analyze current and future state needs, and maintain documentation including
change impact logs and adoption dashboards. - Conduct impact assessments to evaluate how proposed changes will affect business processes, systems
and people across the organization. - Build and manage stakeholder maps, create change champion networks, and foster client engagement to
ensure successful adoption. - Execute ideas and concepts effectively at times under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve effectively to meet objectives.
- Ability to perform work in alignment with Chesapeake's values: Care, Integrity and Excellence.
- Ability to effectively deliver presentations in both small and large group settings.
- Ability to troubleshoot, employ research, analyze complex business issues and transform data into
actionable insights. - Ability to engage with varying levels of leadership and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Highly effective time management and follow through skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Training Development Tools.
- Ability to travel throughout Chesapeake's operating territories/locations.
- Live within commutable distance to a Chesapeake office location.
- Stay current with latest change management methodologies and best practices to continually refine
processes and tools.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a
Related Field - Two years required (Three years' preferred) applied experience supporting
organizational change management initiatives in a relevant industry or consulting role that included: * Communications * Training * Change readiness assessment * Impact analysis * Stakeholder management * Leadership alignment, etc.) - One year of relevant experience with SAP technology implementation projects in
the energy/gas industry - Regular Driver's License
