Lynx revolutionized the market when it was firstreleased,two decades ago.It has sinceestablisheditself as the industry-leading workhorse of the clinic.It'stime for another revolution:we'relooking for a dynamic leader that can evolve Lynx for the next 20 years.

Lynx enables oncology and specialty practices to efficiently manage injectable and infusible therapies. It supports over 360 practices and 1,600 sites of care, helping them improve charge capture, reduce waste, and streamline operations. Lynx integrates seamlessly with EHRs, billing systems, and practice management platforms, enabling real-time visibility and control over drug inventory across multiple locations. With features like intuitive dispensing, remote locking devices, and robust analytics, Lynx empowers practices to enhance patient care, improve cash flow, and reduce administrative burden.

As the Director, you will lead a cross-functional team of product managers & owners, scrum masters, and UI/UX designers, driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution across Lynx and Lynx Analytics.You'llcollaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions that meet the evolving needs of specialtypractices.

Who You Are

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Education

Bachelor's degreerequired; advanced degree or entrepreneurial experience preferred.

• Comfort with risk, experimentation, and rapid iteration.

• Strong communicationand influence skills-able to rally stakeholders around bold ideas.

• Priorsuccess in startup, scale-up, or turnaround environments.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 30% travel required for customer visits, stakeholder meetings, and McKesson office collaboration.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
