If youansweredyes to these questions, we see a mutually beneficial and gratifying relationship on the horizon! *Are you ready to grow with us?* About This Role: The role requires an experienced Delivery Lead with 5+ years of TrackWise or similar QMS experience, ideally within life sciences or pharmaceuticals. This person will lead small IT delivery teams and manage planning, development, and implementation of TrackWise and TrackWise Digital projects on the Salesforce platform. They will serve as the primary consultant interfacing with clients, ensuring all project deliverables are defined, executed, and verified. Responsibilities also include supporting testing and validation, documentation, process improvements, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities: Lead end to end delivery of TrackWise or equivalent QMS solution implementations, from requirements and design through configuration, validation and go live Lead the day-to-day activities for one or more delivery teams, ensure alignment to software delivery processes/best practices. Work with management to develop, establish and maintain project delivery standards and procedures Contribute to the development of detailed project plans; identifying resource needs to support delivery efforts and coordinating the daily activities of the delivery teams in alignment with project plans Oversee and mentor consulting teams, ensuring alignment to project scope, timelines and quality expectations Serve as the primary client partner, providing strategic guidance on quality processes, system optimization and regulatory considerations Ensure delivery methodology adherence and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks Manage project governance activities including risk mitigation, status reporting and stakeholder engagement Manage multiple tasks involved in meeting deadlines and deliverables. Facilitate workshops, conduct solution demonstrations, and support change management and end user adoption initiatives Provide subject matter expert (SME) consultation on complex projects. Support and re-enforce the perception of Sikich as a high-quality, customer service-oriented organization Develop and maintain productive working relationships with team to enhance work culture and a positive environment Display positive insight and business acumen, applying technical competence, and engaging with team and leadership Collaborate closely with technical, functional and validation teams to ensure seamless project execution Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience leading the delivery in the Life Sciences, biotech and/or pharmaceutical industries with an emphasis on large scale enterprise software Required 5+ years of Trackwise Digital and/or equivalent QMS implementation and configuration experience, along with overall experience with software project implementations Strong understanding of regulated industry requirements, including GxP, FDA, and other global quality standards Expertise in quality process areas such as CAPA, deviations, complaints, change control and audits Experience working with regulated/validated systems Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or large scale global implementations Understanding of Agile or similar development methodologies Preferred Salesforce Admin certification (ADM 201) or higher Preferred Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Salesforce DX, and other Salesforce development technology expertise Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification or higher a plus Preferred Familiarity with Salesforce delivery tools like Gearset Preferred ability to write unit and integration test code in Salesforce Familiarity with writing user stories and using agile tracking software (Jira, Agile Accelerator, etc.) About Sikich LLC Sikich,LLC, is a global company specializing in Accounting, Advisory, and Technical professional services.
