Position: Senior Administrative Coordinator, Center for Digestive Disorders Location: Boston, MA Schedule: 24 hours per week, On-site POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Administrative Coordinator serves as the key support for the assigned department(s), including, but not limited to: collecting quality data, scheduling appointments, scheduling meetings, following up on meeting-generated tasks, preparing documents, reports and presentation slides. Works autonomously, sets priorities and makes independent decisions of a complex nature. Monitors department budget, orders supplies, sets up conference rooms. Compensation Range: $46,500.00- $65,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
