• Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually
• Bonus: 15%

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by providing financial leadership across Top line analysis, Pricing Franchise & license, and COGS. This role will lead the financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis that inform major business decisions - ensuring every dollar spent drives value and aligns with company growth goals.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and operationally minded - someone who enjoys connecting numbers to the business story behind them. This person will bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset to a fast-paced, restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES

• Lead Pricing for organization that is reflective of both inflation and elasticity pressures. Coordinating with IT team on all POS changes.
• Manage COGS reporting, budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department supply chain, IT, and Marketing to ensure accuracy, accountability, and alignment with company goals. Facilitate smooth BOH system updates on COGS/Recipes
• Partner with F&L and Development teams to support existing reporting tracking, new/closing units.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial insights are timely, accurate, and actionable.
• Drive process improvement within financial planning and reporting, leveraging systems and automation to enhance accuracy and speed.
• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly forecast cycles for F&L, System Sales, pricing, COGS and coordinating inputs and consolidating into executive-level reporting.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail industry.
• Demonstrated experience with pricing, non-traditional unit, ad-hoc Topline analysis: ROI modeling, and project-based financial planning.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or similar analytics platforms preferred.
• Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Vena).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.

Please Note: The range provided below encompasses a wide range of Bagel Brands roles. The specific salary range for this role is $110,000/yr - $120,000/yr.
