Keysight introduces new solutions routinely all year, every year. KGSO plans and deploys services for these new solutions in a structured manner.

A KGSO Solution Delivery Program Specialist in a Region works for the Global Solution Delivery Enablement (SDE) to deliver solutions, in the following categories :

Solution Delivery :

  • This specialist collaborates cross-functionally with the following teams, to deliver Solution Implementation Services to customers :
    • Global Solution Enablement (GSE) Project Managers
    • In-Country Onsite Delivery Managers, Hub Managers
    • Design for Services (DFS) SMEs
    • Services Operations and Supply Chain (SOSC) Teams for 3rd Party and Parts procurement
    • IST Tier 3 Support Teams
    • KTAS Front-End Teams

Solutions NPIs :

  • For new Solution Introductions, the Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with the following teams, to introduce new Solutions into the Region :
    • Design for Services (DFS) Portfolio Managers
    • In-Country Onsite Delivery Managers, Hub Managers
    • Product Supportability Engineers (PSEs)

Mergers and Acquisition Integration :

  • After Day 1 integrations, the Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with the following teams, to transition Services from the acquired entity's team into the Regions :
    • Acquired entity's Order Fulfillment, Engineering and Services organizations
    • Global Delivery Hub Managers and Onsite Managers (if applicable)
    • Product Supportability Engineers (PSEs)
    • KGSO Cal Engineering (if applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and program management, in Region, to the above functions as a Solutions SME and Program Manager.
  • Adopt and leverage the use of appropriate tools in the Region, to ensure smooth and consistent transition from Project to Ongoing Support Services by KGSO Global Ops and KGSO Onsite Delivery Teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to :
    • Deliver Solution Implementation Services
    • Introduce new Solutions into the Region
    • Transition Services from the acquired M&A entity's team into the Regions

Qualifications

Core Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with Electronic Test and Measurement calibration and repair services
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Product Support Services, Engineering, etc (KGSO and other Keysight Organizations)
  • Proven technical and leadership skills to drive change and influence teams
  • Experience with Keysight Product Lifecycle process (KLC) or SPLC
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage incoming service requests from different channels

Additional Preferred Skills (one or more of the following)

  • PMP Certification
  • Vertical Industry Solutions experience (Automotive, Aerospace/Defense and/or Communications)
  • Test as a Service (TaaS)
  • Mergers and Acquisition Integration Experience

California Pay Range: MIN $117,750 - MIDPT $157,000 - MAX $196,250

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
