• Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (PRN/Temporary)
• Pay Rate: $35/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized respiratory care plans
• Administer respiratory therapies and monitor patient responses
• Perform monthly tracheostomy assessments and document in EMR systems
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment safely
• Perform tracheal, endotracheal, and nasopharyngeal suctioning as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize patient care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Respiratory Care Practitioner (CRCP) license in Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience in a clinical setting
• Strong patient assessment, documentation, and care skills
• Ability to perform duties requiring standing and sitting throughout shifts
• Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care
