FOX Entertainment is seeking an experienced Creative Director to join our award-winning Creative Advertising Team. This role is perfect for an inspired leader who thrives at the intersection of creative innovation and project management. In this far-reaching role, you will guide the development of on-air promos, custom content, and award-worthy campaigns that capture FOX's voice, while also overseeing high-profile special projects, FOX Entertainment Studio and FOX Entertainment Global content, and managing both internal and key vendor relationships, across multiple titles and genres. This position is in Los Angeles and does require in-office presence 4 days/week, with some scheduling flexibility.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conceptualize, write, oversee and manage production of on-air promos, trailers, custom content, Studio/Global content and brand campaigns that drive audience engagement and elevate the FOX brand
  • Manage creative direction and execution for high-visibility initiatives, from EPK and promo shoots to custom cross-platform campaigns
  • Partner with internal producers, editors, designers, strategists, and marketing leaders to ensure projects meet the highest creative standards
  • Identify, hire, and supervise external creative agencies to deliver on-brand, high-quality work
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives for broadcast, social, affiliate and studio needs; ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from ideation to delivery
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh thinking and bold creative approaches that keep FOX at the forefront of entertainment marketing

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of experience in television, streaming, or entertainment marketing, with a proven track record of leading award-worthy campaigns
  • Strong ability to direct teams, inspire collaboration, and mentor creative talent
  • Ability to make comedy, drama or unscripted shine, whether it's live action or animated, and the versatility to cross genres as needed
  • Deep understanding of linear, digital, and social content, and how to craft campaigns that work across multiple touchpoints
  • Deep love for pop culture, entertainment, music and creating content that connects with audiences everywhere
  • Hands-on knowledge of promo and content production, post-production workflows, working with talent and vendor management
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to align creative with business goals while pushing the envelope on originality
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority assignments under tight deadlines

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $160,000.00-190,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
