B2B Operations Manager

Salary: $65,000 w/ Bonus Potential
Location: West plains, MO

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative B2B Operations Manager to oversee projects that drive business retention and operational efficiency. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage the Membership Processing Team, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has project management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) - the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Define scope, create project plans, and manage resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Team Oversight: Train and manage the Membership Processing Team to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with legal, IT, HR, finance, and field leadership to align projects with strategic goals.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Quality Assurance: Review vendor proposals, enforce documentation standards, and support testing and evaluation processes.

A Day in the Life of a B2B Operations Manager

  • Planning: Review project goals, update schedules, and allocate resources.
  • Execution: Facilitate meetings, track progress, and resolve issues across departments.
  • Team Development: Provide coaching and training to improve team performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare status reports and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certification: PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years in project management or business solution deployment with leadership responsibilities.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities; proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
