Job Description We are seeking an Intermediate-Level Cabling Technician to join our team for a long-term project (1+ year of work). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in hyperscale data centers or commercial environments, with fiber experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Terminate jacks and RJ45 connectors (basic commercial cabling skills required). * Accurately identify and work with color-coded wiring. * Perform installations and maintenance in compliance with industry standards. * Work in various environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas (up to 20 feet). * Maintain consistent, on-time attendance and adhere to safety protocols. Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach regularly. * Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs frequently. * Comfortable carrying and climbing ladders up to 20 feet. * Willingness to work in tight spaces as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
