Job Title: CAD Drafter Location: Center City, PA Contract Type: Year-Long Contract-to-Hire Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our team on a 12-month contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills and experience working with engineering teams to produce accurate and high-quality drawings. Responsibilities * Create and modify detailed CAD drawings for engineering and construction projects. * Interpret design specifications and incorporate changes as needed. * Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements. * Maintain organized documentation and adhere to company standards. * Review and revise drawings for accuracy and compliance. Qualifications * Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software). * Strong understanding of drafting principles and technical standards. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Associate degree or technical certification in drafting or related field preferred. * 2+ years of experience in CAD drafting (mechanical, electrical, or civil preferred). Contract Details * Duration: 12 months with potential for full-time hire. * Schedule: Full-time, on-site. * Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
