Description Nursing For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Registered Nurses:
Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. This is a part time, 24 hours/week, Day Shift position. The schedule is four days per week, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM with participation in the weekend and holiday rotation. Home Care Position Highlights: * Enjoy a less stressful pace of work, treating one patient at a time * Case Manage a set number of cases * Follow patient cases from start to finish * Have the ability to work closely with patients and families, building better relationships * Ability to give your full, undivided attention to each patient * Have the ability to educate patients and family members about care, treatment & diagnosis in a much more in-depth manner * Weekend scheduling - Every 4th weekend rotation! Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification require or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Valid Driver's License to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy required. Experience: Minimum of one-year relevant experience, acute pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred.
