Job Description

Join our team and help shape the future of aerospace! We're looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer who loves solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with machinists and engineers on the shop floor. What You'll Do
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with aerospace standards.
  • Partner with production teams to audit processes and implement improvements.
  • Review designs, conduct inspections, and apply SPC methods.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Support internal and external audits (AS9100, NADCAP).
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of quality.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2 - 10 years of quality engineering experience in machining (aerospace preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, GD&T, SPC.
  • Skilled in problem-solving tools (Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Bonus Points
  • CQE or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with NADCAP special processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP/QMS systems.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $85300 to $120000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
