SUMMARY


The Junior Salesforce Administrator will support the enterprise-wide CRM system for Kraft Sports + Entertainment whose member companies include the New England Patriots, the New England Revolution and Gillette Stadium. This role will also support the CRM system for Blue Square Alliance - collaborating across departments including Philanthropy, Partnerships and Marketing, as they adopt and expand their use of Salesforce. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will work closely with the CRM team to play a critical role in the execution of our Salesforce strategy and optimization. They will also work directly with business stakeholders at times to gather, understand and define requirements for campaigns and CRM product enhancements. The position will be responsible for multiple concurrent and recurring projects under the supervision of the Salesforce Administrator.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. Support Salesforce declarative development, including but not limited to custom fields, custom objects, flows, validation rules, complex formulas, lightning record pages, custom objects and custom record types.
  2. Coordinate Salesforce processes, workflow rules, and business logic to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  3. Support automation and integration requests and build solutions using Salesforce flow, or other similar tools.
  4. Support marketing team in developing target audiences and campaigns for various communications priorities.
  5. Activate and deactivate internal Salesforce user accounts, including updating permissions, roles and profiles to maintain accurate access.
  6. Perform quality assurance checks and assist with deployment of new Salesforce features.
  7. Conduct testing and validation of new Salesforce features and workflows and create documentation for administrators and end users to ensure accurate maintenance and scalable training.
  8. Communicate and report on sales and service campaign results effectively to the correct stakeholders and manage the day-to-day operations of these campaign and cadence automations.
  9. Understand the sources of data that feed the CRM system (data warehouse, Marketo, phone system, SMS-MMS, etc.) and monitor system performance to troubleshoot errors.
  10. Maintain internal product/feature requests and implement or coordinate enhancements to Salesforce as required.
  11. Develop and provide end user training and troubleshoot end user questions and issues before escalating to vendor.
  12. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  13. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in a relative field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1-3 years of experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) campaign creation, workflow, and management, and execution required, with at least 1 year of experience as a CRM administrator.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation, familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce CPQ, and Ticketmaster Archtics required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromising judgment and discretion to protect the confidentiality/privacy of our customer and corporate information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Must be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption.
  • Must have a strong command of reasoned, measured decision-making based on analyzing the pros and cons of each potential decision to be made.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in sports or entertainment industry preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
