Description: NSI requires a Journeyman Logistics Analyst to support PMA 234 Electronic Attack Program Office. The Candidate will work within a dynamic team environment, analyzing data from Naval Aviation repositories to assess health and readiness of PMA-234 fielded systems ALQ-99, Intrepid Tiger II and Next Generation Jammers. Using established business processes and visualizations, prepare data sheets while working with NAVSUP and DLA. Research and provide data concerning degrader's to the PMA-234 Logistics Team leadership and Program Manager. Conduct analysis of metrics, develop and manage dashboards, and make recommendations based on data driven methodology in support of the Program Reliability Control Board (P-RCB) process. Perform deep-dive analysis on individual items on program degrader "One-List" to understand the logic behind the list of top degrader's and analyze the data for accuracy and applicability. Perform and document data analytics, conduct data validation, and data mapping/design. Work in an environment heavily focused on MS SQL and Tableau Servers. Experience with ALQ-99 Tactical Jamming System is highly desirable. The candidate will be responsible to the Acquisition Program Manager for Logistics (APML), Deputy APMLs and Product Support Manager (PSM).

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: BS or BA degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Business, or Management.

Allowable Substitution: An additional five (5) years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Experience: At least ten (10) years' experience in acquisition related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems performing any of the following: LORA, Maintenance Planning, Logistics Support/Supportability Analysis, Operational Availability analysis, or resource requirements analysis. Life Cycle Costing experience desired. Four years' experience supervising and directing in the performance of comprehensive analyses across the spectrum of ILS elements, during a job assignment in an Acquisition Command or supporting an acquisition command.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
