Director of Sales - New Lease-Up (Amira Lowry | 55+ Active Living)

Location: Lowry, Colorado
Schedule: Monday-Friday (with occasional evenings/weekends for events)
Compensation: $75,000-$80,000 base salary with an aggressive commission plan

Position Summary

Amira Corcoran, a stunning 154-unit active adult community designed for those 55+, is officially breaking ground in the spring. We are seeking a confident, polished sales professional to lead the lease-up process and serve as the primary face of this new community.

This role requires someone who is comfortable representing the brand publicly, leading information sessions, conducting presentations, building relationships, and generating excitement throughout all phases of pre-leasing and leasing.

Job Objective

To lead pre-leasing efforts, strategically drive occupancy, and establish a strong foundation for the successful launch of Amira Lowry.

Required Qualifications
  • Team-oriented mindset with openness to new ideas
  • Strong leasing, closing, and relationship-building skills
  • Confident public speaking abilities
  • Comfortable planning and leading information sessions and marketing events
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior senior living sales experience preferred
  • Experience with pre-leasing or new community launches is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with lead management software and Microsoft Office
Core Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to signed lease
  • Serve as the face of the community during tours, events, and informational sessions
  • Plan, coordinate, and host targeted marketing events and presentations
  • Respond to phone and digital inquiries with timely, personalized follow-up
  • Schedule and conduct prospect meetings and tours
  • Provide consultative support to prospects and their families
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents
  • Manage pre-move-in documentation, deposits, and communication
  • Monitor local competition and report findings during weekly meetings
  • Support marketing and media strategy development
  • Document all sales and referral activity in the approved CRM
  • Engage in networking opportunities through community and organizational involvement
