We need you to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the Eastern New England marketplace. As an Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse territory of industrial, welding & construction accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and end users, and identifying new business opportunities. Your expertise in technical sales and your ability to implement value-driven processes will have a direct impact on our revenue goals and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in supporting our distribution network, servicing a wide range of industries, and ensuring our products deliver maximum value to clients.

Geography Responsibility:
* Eastern MA: IND, CPD, WELD
* RI: IND, CPD, WELD
* NH: CPD, WELD

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

* Have a bachelor's degree in business or engineering (required).
* Bring 3+ years of value-added technical sales experience.
* Excel at building trust-based relationships and thrive in a territory where success depends on broad engagement, not just a few large accounts.
* Are skilled in territory management, business development, and customer relationship management.
* Possess strong technical aptitude in industrial products (especially abrasives) and can communicate their value to clients.
* Are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets and enjoy analyzing market trends to inform your strategies.
* Are self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
* Want to be part of a team that values initiative, problem-solving, and continuous growth.
