We need you to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the Eastern New England marketplace. As an Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse territory of industrial, welding & construction accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and end users, and identifying new business opportunities. Your expertise in technical sales and your ability to implement value-driven processes will have a direct impact on our revenue goals and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in supporting our distribution network, servicing a wide range of industries, and ensuring our products deliver maximum value to clients. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?Geography Responsibility: * Have a bachelor's degree in business or engineering (required).
