Responsible for overseeing the development, negotiation, and management of corporate contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to create and review contracts that optimize service delivery and financial performance. Ensures all agreements adhere to hospital policies and legal requirements while fostering strong relationships with external partners.
Essential Functions: -Develops, negotiates, and manages corporate contracts to support the hospital's strategic goals and operational needs. -Collaborates with clinical, financial, and operational teams to ensure contract terms align with organizational objectives. -Ensures contracts comply with hospital policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. -Maintains and updates a contract management database, tracking contract status, renewals, and performance metrics. -Identifies opportunities to optimize contract terms, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. -Liaises with external partners, including vendors, insurers, and managed care organizations, to negotiate and execute contracts. -Reviews contract performance regularly, recommending adjustments or renegotiations as necessary to meet evolving hospital needs. -Provides guidance and support to hospital leadership regarding contractual obligations, risk management, and legal considerations.
