The Opportunity

Reporting to the Commercialization Director, this role offers the chance to lead the commercialization of new, diversified service offerings by driving projects from concept to market launch and collaborating with key teams across the organization. The Commercialization Operations Lead will leverage business acumen, analytical skills, and project management expertise to rapidly advance new ideas through a structured commercialization framework. Success in this position requires fostering cross-functional collaboration, developing and refining processes, and championing change management initiatives to ensure broad adoption of new solutions. What You'll Do

Lead Commercialization of New Service Offerings:



  • Own and drive all steps required to successfully launch new diversified service offerings, from initial concept through market launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and order targets.
  • Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (strategy, intelligence, marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology) to rapidly advance new ideas through the commercialization process.


Own Project & Program Management



  • Manage multiple commercialization projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring disciplined evaluation of market demand, value proposition, delivery capability, and business alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project charters, scopes, and schedules, facilitating stakeholder alignment and documenting governance structures and decision rights.



Apply Business Acumen & Analytical Leadership



  • Apply business acumen to assess opportunities, risks, and financial impacts of new offerings, leveraging lessons learned and root cause analyses to inform process improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize speed to market and increase the volume of offerings, continuously improving processes and frameworks.



Drive Adoption and Use of the Commercialization Framework & New Process Development



  • Develop, evolve, and simplify commercialization frameworks, playbooks, and delivery processes, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and stage-gate criteria.
  • Launch and maintain centralized dashboards and governance metrics to track pipeline progress and success metrics.



Ensure Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Service Collaboration



  • Foster collaboration across business units, consulting, product, partnerships, and support functions to ensure successful commercialization and adoption of new solutions.
  • Communicate and evangelize diversified offerings, ensuring broad understanding and buy-in across the organization.


Drive Change Management & Associated Training



  • Lead associated change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes and offerings, including communication and training plans for relevant teams.
  • Support teams with resources and guidance throughout the commercialization lifecycle.


Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement



  • Establish and track sub-metrics for diversified revenue, speed-to-pilot, launch readiness, and process efficiency.
  • Conduct retrospectives and process reviews to drive ongoing improvement and ensure market-ready, scalable solutions.


Create and Manage a Risk Management Framework



  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that could impact project or commercialization success.

What We Expect from You



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in a business, sales, commercialization, or related role
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects or programs
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with proven ability to assess market opportunities, risks, and financial impacts
  • Experience developing and implementing commercialization frameworks, playbooks, or delivery processes
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Effective communicator, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative mindset, with a track record of fostering teamwork across business units and functions
  • Experience with change management and training initiatives to support adoption of new processes or offerings
  • Proficiency in using data-driven insights and dashboard metrics to drive decision-making and process improvement
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
  • Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $115,000 - $155,000
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
