Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, Related Vocational Training plus a minimum of 3 years administrative or business experience, or a minimum 5 years of administrative or business experience is required. Experience with SAP Concur, heavy with travel arrangements and expense reporting pieces.

Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Utilizing your strict adherence to confidentiality, dedication to a job well done and strong organizational skills, you'll provide general administrative support to managers and their staff. You'll manage the calendars, meeting and travel schedules and associated arrangements, expense and time reporting, and other responsibilities to relieve them of administrative details and allow them to concentrate on other business activities. What you bring to the table:
  • A High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, Related Vocational Training plus a minimum of 3 years administrative or business experience, or a minimum 5 years of administrative or business experience
  • Ability to manage frequently changing schedules and appointments as well as coordinate multiple projects and tasks
  • Audit/Stock breakrooms as applicable
  • Must be able to physically lift 10 lbs and deliver snacks and soda to both Manassas locations.
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter who can apply discretion when dealing with sensitive information/situations

Target salary range: USD $29.77/Hr. - USD $32.64/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
