THE ROLE: The Human Resources Technology (HRT) team at AMD is seeking a Sr HRIS Analyst with advanced expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module, with a strong emphasis on integrating and managing 3rd Party interfaces. THE PERSON: You are an organized and natural leader, consistently communicating with clarity and moving work forward efficiently. You will serve as the SME (subject matter expert) for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and design and will manage core system elements. You'll act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, and manage the full lifecycle of system changes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
