As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will provide visible presence, conduct routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors.
• Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns according to established procedures.
• Work collaboratively with client staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and/or concerns as they arise.
• Adapt to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
