Summary

Fidelity Technologies Corporation seeks a Full Time Scheduler for its CNATRA CIS program in Kingsville, TX. The Scheduler assists and supports the Site Manager (SM) and Alternate Site Manager (ASM) in coordinating the academic and device training schedules for the Program. Training schedules include classroom and simulator scheduling for students in formal course training of differing syllabi. Performs routine site administration functions and provides liaison functions between SM/ASM, the Customer, and the Scheduling authorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, coordination, publishing, and distribution of comprehensive training schedules
  • Coordinates the day-to-day academic and device training based on classroom, instructor, and device availability along with student/instructor availability and student progression
  • Ensures maximum training efficiency with minor syllabus deviations
  • Synchronizes the formal course training requirements of all the syllabi
  • Conducts/attends required weekly scheduling meetings and provides monthly scheduling inputs for the monthly status reports, as required
  • Coordinates with TRAWING training officials for new student requirements
  • Ensures all events are assigned i.a.w. current regulations, directives and policies
  • Resolves scheduling and instructor qualification conflicts
  • Tracks and records the utilization of the training devices
  • Schedules contract instructors to support training device and classroom missions
  • Schedule contract instructors and others in accordance with approved program directives and instructions
  • De-conflicts and coordinates changes to schedules as required
  • Documents and maintains all instructor qualification upgrades
  • Will assist SM/ASM with other requisite Site duties, as assigned


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Must possess knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and the ability to learn new software as required.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, in a high stress environment
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required
  • Must have the ability to prioritize conflicting requests and be detailed oriented


Preferred Skills

  • Previous scheduling or active duty flying scheduling is highly desired


Security Responsibilities

Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

  • Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
