Join Clariant and play a key role in keeping our site running smoothly. In this role, you will manage essential maintenance and engineering data, support technical documentation, and help enhance workflows using digital tools and systems. You'll streamline processes, support logistics and materials management, and ensure efficient communication across teams-all while providing vital administrative and operational support that helps our people focus on what they do best.

Responsibilities



  • Manage data and documentation for maintenance and engineering per CPS blueprint 9, including purchase order management and SAP data management.
  • Assists in developing, organizing and maintaining technical documentation, including policies, procedures, and user training materials. Supports the administration aspect of the document control system.
  • Develops and manages interfaces with IT to benefit the site, including Microsoft Powerflows and AI insights, online forms setup, group mailbox, etc.
  • Develops and implements ideas with others to streamline and improve site workflow using IT tools (existing and new).
  • Cross trained in logistics functions to allow flexible response to personnel shortages or changes in work demands.
  • Manages stocking for materials at site, including keep stock and MRP stores.
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and furnishing information to save supervisor's time.
  • Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisor's office and initiates any follow-up action.
  • Performing full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.
  • Liaison between operations and HR: communications, computer KIOSKS, new employee onboarding, etc.




Requirements



  • Associates degree or higher (commensurate years of experience will be accepted in leu of education)
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in administrative role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP.
